Frequently asked questions

Do we have to take all services at once?
No. Most clients start with security plus one additional discipline — usually cleaning or grounds — and roll in the rest as existing contracts expire.
What about our existing on-site staff?
Where TUPE applies, we honour it. Most existing on-site teams transfer across with continuity of employment, then benefit from our training and supervision standards.
How is the saving generated?
By removing supplier-side management overhead, sharing fixed costs across disciplines, and cross-training staff so cover is internal rather than agency.
Do you self-deliver everything?
Security, cleaning and front-of-house disciplines are fully self-delivered. For M&E, statutory testing and specialist trades we use accredited partners managed by us — you still have one contract and one point of contact.
